Management team
Genica was founded by Tim Slorick and Ray Legge, with over 30 years' operations and consulting experience behind them.
Tim Slorick started his career in semiconductor and pharmaceutical manufacturing, leading Lean efficiency programmes with companies such as Philips, Aventis and IBM. He then moved into procurement, delivering millions of pounds of savings for a variety of public and private sector organisations both in the UK and Europe.
Ray Legge started his working life with Carnaud Metalbox before moving into manufacturing improvement and procurement consulting in the late 1990s. Ray now has many years of experience managing large and small projects in both the private and public sectors.
